Legal Helpers, P.C. does not charge fees to its Law clients because we bring suit pursuant to statutes that require the manufacturer to pay our attorneys' fees. If the consumer prevails, the manufacturer is responsible for paying all attorney fees and legal costs in addition to the client's recovery or, in some cases, as part of a settlement offer to resolve the case. If the client proceeds with a case, participates but is not successful, there is absolutely no cost for our services. Win or lose, clients will never be required to pay our attorneys' fees, provided they cooperate in prosecuting the case. However, in qualifying cases, clients may be responsible for court costs and a fee for having their vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic. Additionally, for cases involving fraud, Legal Helpers, P.C. requires its clients to enter into a contingency fee agreement (percentage of recovery). Prior to filing a lawsuit, clients are asked to review and sign a retainer agreement that states that, except in limited circumstances, the manufacturer is responsible for all legal costs, and also outlines the responsibilities of the client and the Firm.
